In all four ships have carried the name Soleil Royale but only the second ever won renown. She was launched from Brest in the late 1600s and took part in the battle of Barfleur, however she would have been remembered for her beauty alone the design
and ornamentation were of such extravagance to have won a place in naval history.
All sheet ply sections are laser cut for accuracy.
