Ottomobile OT850 - Peugeot 405 T16 Gr.S 1:18

Negli anni '80, la FIA stava già lavorando al gruppo B. L'idea era di produrre auto da rally ancora più estreme, ancora più potenti, ancora più uniche! È con questa idea che sono state gettate le basi del Groupe S. Alcuni produttori stavano già lavorando su prototipi da presentare. Audi, Ford e Lancia sono state tra le prime a svelare il loro Gruppo S. Poi è stata la volta di Peugeot. Il desiderio del marchio francese era quello di continuare il successo della 205 T16 con il suo nuovo modello di punta, il 405! Ecco come è stato presentato il 405 T16 Gr.S alle fiere. Purtroppo, alla fine dell'86, la FIA ha messo fine al Gruppo B in seguito ai tanti incidenti mortali della stagione. Seppellì anche il Gruppo S e le sue auto che sarebbero immediatamente andate ai musei.

Audi, Ford and Lancia were among the first to unveil their Group S. Then, it was Peugeot's turn. The desire of the French brand was to continue the success of the 205 T16 with its new flagship model, the 405! This is how the 405 T16 Gr.S was presented at trade shows. Unfortunately, at the end of ‘86, the FIA put an end to Group B following the many fatal accidents of the season. It also buried Group S and its cars which would immediately go to museums.
