Corel SM29 - BERLIN, Fregata brandeburghese XVII, kit 1:40

La fregata BERLIN fu una delle prime imbarcazioni da nolo che la Marina del Brandeburgo mise a disposizione del Principe Elettore Federico Guglielmo. Costruita in Zeeland nel 1674, la nave appartenne alla flotta del Brandeburgo fino al 1688. Il modello riproduce la nave fin nei minimi dettagli. Particolare l’accurata realizzazione degli ornamenti di poppa, eseguiti in metallo fuso e dorato. Lo scafo è ad ordinate e a fasciame in listelli di legno pregiato. La scatola, oltre ad offrire tutti i componenti già tagliati, presenta una ricca dotazione di accessori; il piano costruttivo comprende 4 grandi tavole con viste a grandezza naturale, un ampio opuscolo istruzioni corredato da numerosi schemi illustrativi e da alcune foto del modello.

The BERLIN was one of the first charter frigates put at the disposition of Frederic William by the Brandenburg Navy. Built in Zeeland in 1674, the vessel formed part of the Brandenburg fleet until 1688.
The model reproduces the vessel down to the tiniest details. The ornaments of the poop-deck in gilded metal are particularly fine and the frame and planking of the hull are in precious wood. The
box contains all the components already cut plus a wide range of accessories. The instructions include 4 large life-size plates, and a full instruction book accompanied by a large number of diagrams andsome photos of the model.
